Dairy of Chambotte

In this pretty village overlooking Lake Bourget, La Fruitière de la Chambotte offers many regional cheese specialties. With a hot cellar specific for maturing Gruyère French IPG, it is now the only dairy in Savoie and Haute-Savoie to produce this product.
